We will have four large professional induction burners (e.g. for making soup, and boiling noodles.
The fluorescent overhead lighting is being replaced with flat-panel LED fixtures that are much brighter and cast no shadows.
Many outlets currently do not work--we are upgrading the electrical service and adding new (safer) circuits and outlets.
During heavy rains, water leaks on Fr. Keith's desk. A few weeks ago there was water damage in the Nearly New Shop.
There are several years of deferred maintenance for the flat roof, with several high-severity problems that must be fixed.
We are now signed up for an annual flat roof inspection, to address problems early and extend the life of our 30+ year old roof as long as possible.
Install new quartz countertops (Formica and granite are not food-safety approved, and quartz is cheaper than stainless steel)
Rehab, repaint, and fix up our existing kitchen cupboards.
Widen the counter at the serving windows so that it can be better used as a serving counter.
