More than 50 adults and children enjoyed dinner and a movie on Friday, March 14th. The kids watched “Sing,” an animated musical contest among various animals. The adults watched and discussed the Oscar-nominated movie “Sing Sing,” the real-life story of the Rehabilitation Through the Arts program at one of the nation’s most notorious prisons. While the overall recidivism rate is more than 60%, for the members of this program, it is only 3%.
